Chris Keenan is a real estate, investment, and finance thought leader with over 25 years of experience significantly growing substantive real estate holdings and joint venture partnership interests across diverse commercial and residential portfolios. As the Senior Vice President of Development at Doran Companies, Chris leads the advancement of new product types and oversees the performance of projects to eliminate risk, resolve issues, and establish measurable performance goals for the company’s real estate portfolio.

Before joining Doran, Chris served as Director of Real Estate Acquisitions & Capital Markets at Olympus Ventures, where he led business development and joint venture partnerships for the Forbes-ranked investor’s real estate investment firm. Chris received his B.A. from the University of Kansas and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), a licensed Minnesota Real Estate Broker, and actively serves on the Family Office Real Estate Institute (FORE) board.
