Brent Lindstrom is the Chief Construction Officer and Principal at Doran Companies. As CCO, Brent leads all preconstruction and construction for Doran Construction, Doran Special Projects, and DSP Homes. With over 30 years of industry experience, Brent has successfully led a wide range of specialized projects, spanning from $10,000 to $53 million in value. He is recognized for his strong client relationships, which have led to repeat business, and he holds a significant backlog of noteworthy projects.

In 2017, Brent drove the formation of Doran Special Projects with his expertise in leading multiple projects across various market sectors, including industrial, retail, office, multifamily, hospitality and medical. Under his leadership, DSP has evolved into a thriving operating entity, excelling in projects of varying scales, from tenant improvements to multimillion-dollar historic renovations and multifamily mixed-use developments.

Recently, Brent launched DSP Homes, a Minnesota-licensed residential General Contractor dedicated to residential developments. DSP Homes is actively involved in transformative projects such as The Heights on St. Paul’s East Side and is poised to make its mark in the residential market.
