Anne Behrendt Named a Power 30 Developer by Finance & Commerce

BLOOMINGTON (December 21, 2023) —

Anne Behrendt has been identified as a Power 30 Developer by Finance & Commerce. As the Chief Executive Officer and Principal of Doran Companies, she has been recognized as a key leader in Minnesota’s commercial real estate development industry in 2023.

Doran Companies’ achievements in the past year include the completion of two apartment complexes: the Laker, a seven-story building in northeast Minneapolis with 209 units, and Alcott, a 350-unit building near Crosstown and Shady Oak Road in Minnetonka.
