MINNETONKA (May 1, 2023) —
Doran Companies is excited to announce the groundbreaking of Vale Apartments, a redevelopment project at 11816 Wayzata Blvd in Minnetonka, MN. The new 197-unit apartment community will replace the existing three-building office complex, The Offices at Marsh Run.
Vale Apartments will offer a range of apartment sizes, from alcoves to three-bedroom units, with amenities including a fitness room, co-working space, amenity deck, entertainment suite, and more. A unique feature of the development will be a walking trail surrounding a scenic wetland and pond, adding beauty and recreational opportunities to the area.
This project is part of Doran’s integrated service model and will be managed by Whitecap Management, Doran’s in-house property management team. Vale is slated for completion in the July 2025. We look forward to the impact Vale Apartments will have on the Minnetonka community.
