Satori Boutique Apartments Wins CoStar Impact Award for Multifamily Development of the Year
BLOOMINGTON (March 27, 2024) —
Satori Boutique Apartments won the 2024 CoStar Impact Award for Multifamily Development of the Year for Minneapolis/St. Paul. Doran Special Projects was the General Contractor for this Class A development, while Doran Interiors furnished and decorated the common areas and model units. Satori Boutique Apartments is the first phase of the Satori Village development in North Minneapolis.
The annual CoStar Impact Awards recognize exceptional commercial real estate transactions and projects completed in 2024 with influence in neighborhoods or submarkets across 128 major markets. Winners were selected from a panel of more than 660 industry professionals drawn from each respective market.
