Chris Keenan Named Senior Vice President of Development at Doran Companies
CHRIS KEENAN NAMED SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OF DEVELOPMENT AT DORAN COMPANIES
BLOOMINGTON, MINN. – Doran Companies today announced the appointment of real estate investment veteran Chris Keenan to the position of Senior Vice President of Development.

Chris Keenan is a real estate, investment, and finance thought leader with over 25 years of experience significantly growing substantive real estate holdings and joint venture partnership interests across diverse commercial and residential portfolios. Before joining Doran, Chris served as Director of Real Estate Acquisitions & Capital Markets at Olympus Ventures, where he led business development and joint venture partnerships for the Forbes-ranked investor’s real estate investment firm.
In his role at Doran, Chris will lead the advancement of new product types and oversee the performance of projects to eliminate risk, resolve issues, and establish measurable performance goals for the company’s real estate portfolio.
