Project Highlights
North American Banking Company
Positioned walking distance from The Village at Arbor Lakes development in Maple Grove, North American Banking Company is a 4,512-square-foot bank built from the ground up by DSP. The building features a 22ft clear-story lobby, enclosed offices, a conference room, and a state-of-the-art break room.
Hybrid Medical Animation
DSP led the construction of Hybrid Medical’s 3,900-square-foot office build-out in Edina’s Pentagon Park. The office was awarded the “Cool Office!” designation by the Minneapolis / St. Paul Business Journal shortly after completion.
Hazelwood Food & Drink
DSP worked with Hazelwood Food & Drink in Tonka Bay, MN, on a 10,500-square-foot tenant improvement that features beautiful new décor, new flooring, a new lower level, a wood-burning rotisserie and pizza oven, and a separate bar space.
