ALCOTT – Minnetonka, MN
The design of Alcott has sartorial roots, calling to mind the appeal of an ’80s country club style inspired by cardigans with colored trim and vintage collegiate patches. The finished palette creates contrast with color blocking and geometric patterns of varying scales, which are then layered on a mix of natural materials. Furnishings are playful and stylish throughout, with unexpected pops of color and black and white leading you throughout the building with sophistication.

Alcott
Alcott is an expansive 524,274-square-foot and 350-unit multifamily project on Shady Oak Road in Minnetonka, MN. Its design has sartorial roots, calling to mind the appeal of the ’80s country club style, inspired by cardigans with colored trim and vintage collegiate patches. The Minnesota RE Journals awarded Alcott the 2024 Interior Design of a Suburban Multifamily award.
The Laker
The Laker is a 209-unit multi-family project in the burgeoning Northeast Arts District. A triumphant expression of the modern lifestyle, the building defies conventional apartment living with sleek and stylish living spaces and a vast array of decadent details to delight in. Finance and Commerce awarded The Laker a Top Project of 2023.
Landsby on Penn
Named Landsby, the Danish word for village, the idea of place and location heavily influenced the design of this 132-unit multifamily building in Richfield, MN. Recognized for Best Model in 2022 by the Minnesota Multi Housing Association and Interior Design of a Suburban Apartment in 2023 by Minnesota RE Journals.
