Timberwood Remodel
The Timberwood Remodel by DSP Homes transformed this charming lakeside residence into a modern haven while preserving its timeless appeal. Key enhancements included adding patio doors off the dining room and enclosing the rear porch to expand functionality. Inside, the refinished floors and open-concept floor plan breathe new life into the home. The kitchen underwent a complete transformation with a modernized layout featuring new cabinetry, sleek countertops, updated lighting, stylish hardware, and state-of-the-art appliances. The home now offers a blend of contemporary design and everyday comfort, making it a truly elevated living experience.
The Heights
The Heights is a transformative development that will turn the 110+ acres of the Hillcrest Golf Course at the intersection of Larpenteur Avenue and McKnight Road into a bustling mix of multi-family and single-family homes and commercial and community spaces. Teaming up with Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity, DSP Homes and Doran Architecture will design and build 130 to 150 affordable townhomes (including twin homes, triplexes, and fourplexes) and some single-family homes on 12 acres. The Heights marks Twin Cities Habitat’s largest development to date and is part of the 2024 Jimmy & Rosalynn Carter Work Project. The project is scheduled to begin in the Fall of 2024.
