Project Highlights
Ratio
Ratio is an innovative mixed-use residential project that has served as a new cornerstone in revitalizing Columbia Heights’ central corridor. The 265-unit development, designed by Doran Architecture, won the Suburban Multifamily (NE) Award at the 2023 Minnesota RE Journals Real Estate Awards.
Birke
A product of Doran’s integrated service model, Birke Apartments is a 300,000-square-foot multifamily project boasting 175 highly designed residences and a full-scale amenity package. The development has won numerous accolades, including the Property Excellence: Market-Rate award in 2022 from Minnesota’s Multifamily Housing Association.
Juniper Apartments
Doran Architecture designed Minnetrista’s first multifamily project off Highway 7 and Kings Point Road. The 262,349-square-foot building offers 148 units, including alcoves, one, two and three-bedroom units, and a collection of wellness, athletic and social amenities. Completed in 2024, Juniper is managed by Whitecap Management.
