Doran Special Projects served as the general contractor for the 3,800-square-foot tenant improvement of Chiropractic Health & Wellness in Edina, Minnesota. Completed in May 2026, the project transformed an empty office suite into a new chiropractic clinic featuring a welcoming lobby, exam rooms, private offices, and a dedicated X-ray room.

DSP coordinated with specialty vendors to relocate and connect the tenant’s existing X-ray equipment in the new space. The project was completed and turned over to the tenant one week ahead of schedule, allowing the team to move in over Memorial Day weekend.
