Kerry Forest Self Storage

Doran is expanding its self-storage portfolio in Florida with Kerry Forest Self Storage, a four-story, climate-controlled facility under construction in north Tallahassee. Spanning 100,000 square feet, Kerry Forest will offer approximately 700 storage units and will be managed by Public Storage.

The 1.66-acre site is located within Northside Shoppes, a new commercial and retail development along Thomasville Road, which sees more than 55,000 vehicles each day. Approximately 8.5 miles from Florida State University and 8.2 miles from the Florida State Capitol, Kerry Forest will serve north Tallahassee and the growing Bradfordville area.

Construction is currently underway, with completion anticipated in August 2027.
