Vet Partners Apple Valley is a 3,245-square-foot, single-story veterinary clinic that underwent a multi-phase renovation led by Doran Special Projects and completed in March 2025. This project was DSP’s most substantial veterinary remodel to date. The three-phase renovation modernized the clinic’s reception and waiting areas, exam rooms, lab and pharmacy, treatment spaces, and kennels, all while the facility remained fully operational. With only one hallway connecting key spaces, construction teams coordinated closely with staff to maintain access and minimize disruption. The project successfully delivered a refreshed, efficient environment tailored to the needs of veterinary staff, patients, and pet owners alike.
