Doran Ranks on List on the List of Largest Developers in the Twin Cities
BLOOMINGTON (February 1, 2024) —
Doran Companies ranks #10 on the list of Largest Developers in the Twin Cities in 2024 by the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal. The rankings are based on metro square feet of broken ground between 2021-2023. Doran delivered nearly 900,000 square feet and more than 700 units to the metro. Notable achievements include the successful completion of multifamily projects such as:
The Laker: A 221,502 square-foot multifamily development in the Northeast Minneapolis arts district located at 2500 2nd Street, offering a 209-unit, six-story project with a range of studio, alcove, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments.
Alcott: This 524,050-square-foot multifamily development at Shady Oak Road boasts a mix of alcoves, studios, and one—to three-bedroom unit designs to accommodate a variety of lifestyles. Residents can access premier amenities, including a theater room, market, expansive clubhouse with a sports simulator, and a resort-style amenity deck.
In 2023, Doran began construction on Wren on the Creek, a 176-unit multifamily development along Bassett Creek River in Plymouth, and Juniper Apartments, a 148-unit multifamily development in Minnetrista. Both developments are expected to be delivered in Summer 2024.
