In 2016, Doran expanded its proven processes in multifamily and mixed-used developments west to Colorado’s diverse landscape, working within Denver and its surrounding suburbs. Our long-term commitment to building and developing in Denver is driven by delivering exceptional service and forming lasting relationships, the same philosophy that defines the metro Denver community. 

Doran’s Colorado portfolio includes Ascent, a 255-unit apartment and retail project for Minneapolis-based Sherman Associates in the Denver suburb of Westminster, as well as Aspire, a 226-unit multifamily project in Westminster, and Lyra Apartments, a 215-unit multifamily project in Centennial, CO. We’re excited by the opportunity to advance our mission of building pride and value in real estate to additional markets within the Mountain West region.
