Traci Tomas is the Chief Operating Officer of Doran Companies, where she plays a vital leadership role in driving the company’s strategy, establishing policies and procedures that promote a positive culture, and increasing Doran’s overall efficiency. With over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, Traci brings a wealth of expertise from multiple perspectives to oversee business operations, including asset management, human resources, technology, marketing, legal, and architecture.

Traci is an integrator who translates strategy into actionable steps across all departments, implementing organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operations planning. She is an expert in executing strategic initiatives, solving operational issues, and identifying areas for process enhancement. Furthermore, Traci establishes and nurtures reliable relationships with important clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Traci received her MBA from the Herberger Business School at St. Cloud State University. She is a licensed Minnesota real estate broker, a Certified Commercial Investment Member, and a Certified Property Manager. An active member of multiple professional associations, Traci was named a Notable Woman in Commercial Real Estate by Twin Cities Business Magazine.
