Doran Development has broken ground on the premier off campus student housing property that will cater to the needs of upperclassmen, graduate and professional students attending the University of Minnesota for generations to come. The development is scheduled for completion in the beginning of August 2010, ready for the fall semester of the University of Minnesota. The project design includes 125 dwelling units, underground parking, and approximately 15,000 square feet of commercial retail space.
