- Implementing additional cleaning protocols, including capital investment in HVAC upgrades
- Additional work-from-home flexibility
- Multiple improvements related to technology accessibility and security. These items were primarily focused around optimizing our software-as-a-service applications, video conferencing and better endpoint monitoring.
What are your top goals for the year ahead? Expand into other geographical markets. Expand construction product types. Deepen relationships with Women’s Business Enterprise National Council and diverse supplier networks.
