Traci Tomas joins Doran Companies as head of asset management
In new role for the company, Tomas will lead asset management across entire portfolio, including retail and multi-family categories
Bloomington, MN — Doran Companies today announced that longtime real estate leader Traci Tomas has joined the company as president of asset management. Tomas will lead both the retail and multi-family property management teams and play a vital role in managing the company’s assets, as well as Kelly Doran’s entire property portfolio.

Tomas is a real estate executive with more than 20 years of experience. She led operations for Continental Property Group, LLC, a national real estate investment and development company with a portfolio that had exceeded 4 million square feet of office, industrial and multi-family properties.
Tomas holds Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science degrees from St. Cloud State University. She is a licensed Minnesota real estate broker, a Certified Commercial Investment Member and a Certified Property Manager. She is an active member of multiple professional associations and was honored with a Personal Development Award from the Business Women’s Circle (https://www.thebwc.org/), of which she is a member.
