Doran Construction completed this 3200 sq. ft. space in conjunction with US Bank, one of the nation’s largest depository institutions. After demolishing existing buildings onsite, Doran Construction completed a brand new ground-up building to increase neighborhood visibility. Doran Construction was also able to meet the clients desire to include a high percent of minority-owned and women-owned business enterprises as subcontractors. Key challenges included the incorporation of office, teller, ATM, and parking facilities in addition to a drive-thru vacuum assisted teller mechanism.
