Smashburger, a Colorado-based quick service restaurant focused on classic burgers & shakes opened the 2,034 sq. ft. retail space in the summer of 2009. Doran Construction completed both landlord and tenant improvements to the St. Anthony location. Located in Silver Lake Village, was Smashburger’s first Minnesota location and has led to the successful opening of seven more Smashburger’s throughout the Twin Cities metro area. The project utilized a variety of restaurant construction techniques, advanced refrigeration and heating systems.
