Following in the tradition of excellence in historic and adaptive reuse, Doran Construction served as general contractor for the Madison Loft’s project in Minneapolis. This challenging project included the conversion of a 1920′s era 3 story abandoned warehouse and the addition of both a newly constructed 4th floor and a row of townhomes to accompany the 52 condominium units.
