Doran Construction to build new Coon Rapids Menards store

Bloomington, MN Doran Construction has been chosen by Menards as the general contractor for the demolition of their existing store and construction of new and larger store at the same site in Coon Rapids.
Doran began demolition of the current store, located at 3045 Main Street NW, in early July and expects to start new construction in August.
Bill Pew, President and Principal of Doran Construction said, “The new store and warehouse buildings will be approximately 192,000 square feet—about twice the size of the current store.”
The new store is expected to be ready for occupation by February of 2008.
