Special Focus NAIOP Awards Of Excellence: SuperStructures

The Minnesota chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties NAMES the top commercial projects for 2005.
The state’s chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) has again made its choices of Minnesota’s outstanding commercial real estate developments in 11 categories. The projects, all completed in 2005, are displayed on the following pages.
Honorees were selected by a panel of 20 judges who toured the 32 submitted projects in October and rated them based on site development and landscaping architectural integrity, interior design, integration into the community, market feasibility, and unique project challenges.
